Delivery takes place within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

The dispatch of goods, goods that can be sent by parcel service, is carried out via DPD. We would like to point out that DPD only makes one delivery attempt to consumers and one to three delivery attempts to companies, and only to an address that can be delivered (address at which there is a properly labeled mailbox). or e-mail/SMS about the whereabouts of your shipment and the options for receiving it.

It will give you an address where the shipment was deposited. If the delivery is refused or the consignment is not picked up within the specified period, or if an undeliverable address (please make sure that the spelling is correct!) was given, follow-up costs arise due to additional administrative work (calculation based on actual work) and the return shipment, which is subject to a fee.

We will invoice these costs! The shipping costs are specified in our price information on our online shop. The total price including sales tax and shipping costs is also displayed in the order form before you send the order.

If the delivery takes place to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, however not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.
